Prices for custom design and personal assembly services are provided on a project-by-project basis.

A deposit of $100.00 is required to start the custom design process and will be applied to your order.

The minimum order is 10 units (in the same item and same color). There is a 10% discount for orders of 100 or more,
(same item and same color). Discount will be applied at time of purchase.

Custom Designs by Mimi accepts personal or cashier’s check.

Please allow 7 – 10 days for funds to clear before your order is submitted for processing.

Orders are processed once payment has cleared. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday within 2 – 5 business days.

Because I am located in California, orders shipped to California residents are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Creative Designs by Mimi only accept refunds on damaged or defective items.

All claims pertaining to damaged or defective items must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
